| anybody ever try this.... i have the u.s spec e36 headlights with plastic houing. im going to take them apart and install dde's and or angel eye rings. of course i will have the help of a top ENGINEER who works for the people i do security for. i showed him my headlights and told him it cant be done..he laughed....the project now in comense!!! btw his salary is just under 120 k year...this should be interesting

| Who said it was impossible? You need to heat them up in order to separate the lights. It is probably more work than it is worth, though. Most people want the added benefits that come with ellipsoids when they install their DDEs, not to mention they can be taken apart in a few minutes.
