stock 95 m3 VS VW Jetta 1.8T with Exhaust and Chip

a friend of mine has a volkswagon jetta 1.8 turbo and keeps buging me to race him and i was just wondering what you all think if he even has a chance?

chip and exhaust on a jetta will run around 14.3+ unless you are a bad driver I wouldn't waste your gas but tell him to put a ko4 in it and then race you :-)

My 1.8t can destroy one of my friends 95 M3, and one of my other friends with the same car can keep up.
The M3 is an amazing car, hands down. But dont underestimate the 1.8t. They pull like crazy on the freeway.

Yes 1.8t can kill M3 with a simple ko4 kit and walk it as if it was a civic with an APR stage 3 but it's just a chip and exhaust plus its a jetta which is slightly slower.

BTW... Excellent choice in wheels :-)
