| Kickdown Switch Problem I was at the porsche dealership cus my tranny was screwing up. They said I need a new kickdown switch. Does anyone know what this does? Where can I buy one? I have seen a lot of people put a Parallel kickdown switch as a major mod on their boxsters. The dealership is saying $400-$500.      |

| Dont tell me you drive an Auto porsche. Kickdown switches tell the tranny to downshift when you floor it. What you need is a new tranny. One you row yourself. |

| i know i know. I hate the fukin auto tranny. wasnt my choice. thats the only way my dad would let me get one. Tiptronic isnt that bad tho thats why i might sell it and get an e39 540i 6 spd or 99 m3 Last edited by LinkinGlory : 03-11-2004 at 07:12 PM. |
