Whats it take to get a dealers license in MD?

Any help would be appreciated. I really just want to get a manheim auction card but getting a license is the easiest way. I want to know what are the expenses too see if its worth it. I would buy a few cars for myself and sell a few on the side each month.
BTW I checked the MVA site and foudn nothing. Does anyone know where I can get the forms just so I can get an idea of what I need to do.

I come back end of april, so less than 2 months. first I need a car when I come home, second Im thinking about doing this as a small venture. We will see, depends on alot of factors.
