| Decoding VIN I realize that this question has been posted in a lot of places in the past. I did some search, but none of the sources have the latest information about it, so here goes... Does anyone have the latest decoding chart of BMW VIN's? What I am particularly interested in is the 11th digit, which indicates the place the car was built. Thanks!

| Check the door jambs for a build sticker. Also check under the rear seat for a build sheet, which specified to the crew at the plant what goes in the car. All else fails, call BMW for specific info http://www.bmwusa.com/Contact/ContactBmw.htm
