| yeah but if we had hydrogen cars than we would also have H bombs- get into an accident with a car like that kaboom because the hydrogen and oxygen would be in seperate containers and a spark would destroy everything, including the kids, jared |

| I was thinking of trying this with a briggs and stratton 4 cycle motor or any small engine that would be cheap to "Upgrade" to this setup. Anyone gonna try this?

| This idea is preposterous. What the article doesn't tell you is that it takes more energy to hydrolyse water (2H20 -> 2H2 + 02) than the combustion reaction of hydrogen and oxygen releases. All such a system would do is drain the battery used to hydrolyse the water. In effect, you would have a very innefficient electric car. |
