 Sparco ultra seats? Sizewise vs. Recaro SRD? Group, I am shopping for seats, and I just sat in a Discontinued Recaro SRD seat which fit fine. I tried the new Recaro speed and they were too tight in the leg area. The two piece seats are kind of heavy, so I might go one piece. I saw some one piece Fiberglass shells that looked nice  http://www.speedwaremotorsports.com/seat/ultra.asp The Sparco ultra seats. The material is interesting, it vents your back when driving supposidly. Has anyone sat in one, anyone have them? I am trying to figure out dimensions to see if I can fit in it. Does anyone have the width of the seat and the lumbar area for the Recaro SRD If anyone has a size chart for Recaros that would be great to have so I can compare it to the Sparco chart.

| ive sat in both. recaro was a better street seat, the ultra is a better track seat. if i didnt get my srd, id gone with the ultra.

| Hey MrSha, I woud pick up SRDs but they are NLA.  So would you say that the Ultra is about the same size as the SRD in the thigh area and side bolster area? Were they stiff bottomed? I plan on driving 4-6 hours at a clip in them as well as on the track.
