Performance Headers

I've heard alot about performance headers, how they don't pass California smog, disrupts the service engine light, etc. Anyone know of performance headers that don't run into those problems? Headers that you can just bolt on, not have to worry about CA smog or having the service engine light stay on. Headers for a 94 325is.
