Where to buy engines?

Where can you find BMW engines for sale? For example a Euro 3.2 E36 M3 motor? I don't know where to find such a thing...

Oh hey man! Yeah, I'm debating if I want to swap my car to a euro 3.2 w/ euro brakes and such or get a US M3 and get more power out of it. It might even be cheaper going the euro swap route as getting 321 HP out of the US motor without FI is quite a trick and quite pricey.

As for Florida, stay in KC. Its way better. haha. I'm moving back as soon as I'm done here (beginning of August). Can't wait.

How Much does an e36 M3 Motor usually cost?

Justin- while the uniqueness of the Euro 3.2 is great, I would really advise against it due to lack of parts in the US and unless you can perform all the service, finding a mechanic who would touch this motor would be pretty difficult to find under $100/hour. I would say find you an E36 M3 and maybe look at the AA blower for like 6k.

I guess it depends on the mileage and what comes with it, I've seen them from $1,000-$5,000
