| Yearly vechile inspection ? Hello everybody. I'd just like to ask, how do you guys pass the yearly vechile inspection with all the tuning parts installed??? Especially how do you manage to drive the car to this hole where brakes are tested?? I have a full rieger body kit and inspection coming in two weeks so what can I do?? No insurance will take resposibility over broken parts. My front lip will be totalled if I drive my car to this damn hole. What would be the best drop to my E36 316i if I don't want it to be slammed, cause we have HUGE speed bumps over here!! Would the drop be like -30/40mm front, -35/40mm rear ?? Thanks for the help! Henry

| $82.50 at an inspection/gas station owned by a friends dad. Theres NO WAY i would pass at a regular inspection station. Car's to low, AA track pipe isnt emissions legal around here, and there's no where to put my front license plate other than behind my windshield. My 330 doesnt need to be inspected util 2007.

| How in the ... until 2007???!!! How did you do that? Are brake condition testers always in a hole ?? This means that I need to remove front lip and sideskirts every year before inspection... sucks ass.

| I bought my 330ci brand new in January 2003, and in New Jersey, new cars have 4 years added on until the next inspection.

| Thanks for the answers! one of my friends told me today that he knows one of the inspectors near my location. He also told that they use the "brake hole" designed for trucks. because the trucks weight ten times a normal vehicle those rolls don't fall so low while the car is resting on them.
