saab AWD question

I like to think of myself as being pretty knowledgable about saabs but a friend told me this today and I didn't believe them. She said that the aspen and vail police departments drive saabs (true for sure) and that the saabs are special AWD saabs. I don't think there is any variation in the saab line that has the AWD option even for the special police vehicles. Am I wrong?

LOL, well, it's good to know that if I ever get chased by the cops in Aspen I won't have to wait long for the TCS systems to shit the bed and force the computer into a limp home loop so I can get away.
