Heads off......Port&Polish, CamKit?

To make a long story short my 93 325is is gonna be opened up pretty soon. I was just curious what performance upgrades i could do/have done while the head is off? Port&Polish, CamKit. M3 head??? What all to you non M3 guys do when it comes to the next step pass intake, exhuast, & chip. Thanks...

get the heads ported/polished, 3 angle (or 5) valve job, m3 cams and that's about it.

Actually, get it port matched if you can, and get headers too, and get the heads port matched to the headers!

IF you Pnp, make sure it is a mild pnp. Too much on the BMW engines has shown to cause losses in torque, especially down low.

Can you put an M3 head on an 325?

If you do get it PnP'd, make sure you get it done by a qaulified person. I'd only use Stickley or McHenry, you can kill the tq of the motor with a bad PnP job.
