Photoshop request...

one of my friends is an awesome painter, and he painted his wheels black in the center and left a silver or or may call it a polished lip.....

well i was wodnering if some one could make my wheels like that also in a photoshop and also make my wheels all black for that look also....

i know its not a bimmer, but do you think silver looks good or should i go black w/ polished lip, or all black, or stay silver?

i don't like the tint....i have clear corners...rocking the stocks because of an accident before all the body work nad have beem lazy to order em... a little 2 late for shaving the handles , and nice slam job, it looks a lot lower in person... but thanls
