1995 Alpine White M3 for sale. Good deal?

Hey guys. I'm wondering if you guys think this is a good deal because I'm interested in buying this M3. It's a 1995 Alpine White with the grey leather interior. It has the Vader seats. It has an aftermarket in-dash CD player from Alpine. The front spoiler is cracked a little bit because the owner cliped a racoon on the way back from out ot town. The interior is in PERFECT condition and so is the exterior mind the crack. It has a UUC exhaust, an intake (forgot brand), and a chip (Jim Corny or something? Sorry.). The owner is an older man who is a professional golfer. He's owned BMW's all his life. He said he just wanted to raise the torque levels to get around town faster and that he did not race it. He said a woman owned it before him. It's been de-badged and it has those ugly "M'" roundels. That's easily changed though. The guy want's 18500 dollars but he said it was negotiable. I may be able to get him down to 17. Once again, the car is in very good condition. It just turned 70,000 miles so that is pretty low for a 95. What do you guys think? Is UUC a good brand of exhaust? Is it loud? Because I'm not looking for something too loud. Any help would be greatly appreciated, guys!

Offer him 14,500 and do not pay anymore than $15k for it.

They are right, I just paid $16,000 for a '96 M3 with only 45,000 miles...

Look he paid $16k for 45k miles 96 m3 _ He should sell it for 14-15 and be happy too - I would not pay anymore than that ...

But then Agian if u like it and fell in love with it l- if its ike that then buy it for a reasonable price...

def. way to high.. the cars almost 9 years old and m3's arent rare lol if he doesnt take 15 just keep looking.. good luck

Sorry, guys. I don't know much about the aftermarket stuff. M3's are rare in my area, El Paso Texas. I've never seen one on the road. Ever. I just got back from taking a look at it. Everything looks good. I may drive is some other day to see how it feels. Needs new tires.

my buddy just bought a 95 m3 with 50,000 for $16,000. one of the nicest used cars ive seen.

Thats the retail value. What you would expect to pay at a dealer. The private party value is $15,xxx
