HID/Xenon problem!

My HIDs, when switched on, don't fully ignite and cause all my exterior lights to flicker at a high rate - also causing a clicking noise in my instrument cluster. After a while I can manage to get them on, but as soon as they go off and on again the same situation occurs. I just installed them last Sunday and worked for 4 days straight with no problem. HELP!!

wow looks like a big problem, did all the wires correctly? I have no idea other then that, thats why I got my installed buy my tech. Good luck.

Check all the wiring's insulation, it might be arcing.

Figured out the problem. I bolted one of the HID relay switches with the GROUND wire for the left section of the car's lighting system. Well, I didn't tighten it enough and the ground was tripping. She works like a charm again.

Glad to hear that you fixed it....can't say that I am that handy myself....although I wish I had the skills for things like this.....oh envy

I was going to say check your grounds One of mine didn't start the first time I tried em, the ground was the problem.

omg hids are!! It sucks, got pulled over the other day because of them (I mean he didn't mention it but he had his eye on my from 1/2 mile away.. saw him get into his little hiding spot.)
