Code 44 Smog Problem

A friend of mine put a 1992 5.0 Mustang engine, trans, and computer in a Volvo Bertone a while ago.

He took it to get it smog checked, but it gave him the error Code 44.

He has changed all the wiring and sensors on the car.

Any ideas anyone?

i have. doesnt matter anyways, the problem can happen to any car. I dont think it has anything to do with the engine
