Difference between Sachs and Exedy ?

Ok, i came across two clutch kits, one is made by Sachs and other by Exedy. What is the difference between both, in performance wise, quality, and worth buyin ? I know that Sachs is the Original BMW clutch (correct me if i am wrong). But wich is better Sach or Exedy, Sachs is also priced lower than the Exedy kit aswell... thanks
