Information for people asking about Laser Jammers

We are commencing a GB on the laser jammers from Lidatek. The Lidatek is a great unit. I am NOT a vendor (to the mods) -- so, hopefully this thread will not be deleted. Audiworld did a write-up on the old LE-20 unit ... here it is:

The M5 guys love this unit.

It is 1/3 off the price (www.lidatek.com). One unit = $350.00 (so 1/3 off that price). If you want an additional transponder, add $99. Thus, take 1/3 off $450.00. It's a great deal.

Don't ask stupid questions ... please read through everything first. I believe 99.9% of your questions will be answered if you do. If you wanted protection from laser, I would highly recommend this unit.

This and the V1 should give you the best protection you could have, other than not to speed.

I don't think I've ever been hit with a laser. Is it commonly used? I get hit with radar all the time! Is there a radar jammer?

I get clocked at least once a week on Rt 9 in CT on my way home. I have been lucky so far, I may have to invest in one of these.

Yeah, I get hit with laser in CT and MA pretty often. Thanks James, I'll get in on this

More and more cops are using Laser these days. Believe it or not, it's easier to use than radar. Radar sends out a wide-ass beam ... where sometimes, you are not sure if it picked the right car. A laser is instant, accurate, and no defense really without a jammer/diffuser.

If your V1 detector goes off, it just means you are SOL ...
