Tan leather in E36 328

My cousin is concidering buying an E36 328. He found a perfect condition 328is with low miles but he thinks that the tan leather is too fancy and not sporty. What do you guys think? Would you mind having tan leather?

tan ic cool if it contrasts well with the color of the car black/tan, avus/tan etc...kinda like a ferrari

love tan leather, especially if outside black or red or white, feel like a race car. lambo, ferari, etc

What do you guys think of the 328 as a whole? I like it but would much rather be in an M3 which I may be getting soon.

well - I have wanted an E36 M3 for years now - and that is why I joined this community - however, the car I was driving didnt last as long as I had hoped, so i had less money saved.
So, just this past friday, I picked up a 96 328is - very clean overall with only 84000 on the clock for 8950$.
I couldnt be happier.
The car feels great. It drives wonderful and I was suprised in the power. I had not driven one before, but when I first got behind the wheel I wasnt expecting as much power as it had.
So my entire 1500 mile drive from Dallas To raleigh NC was incredible.
So, if he has the money for the M3, Id go for it, but if not, the 328is, IMO, is a great 2nd choice.

as for the leather - well, tan is not my favorite - but it does go well with a black car..
i happen to love the leather in my car - the dove grey. What I really wanted was an estoril M3 with dove grey .. so sexy...
