| my borther just got one, Is simple to get one and a process that is short and cheap. Just contact your local AAA Office and they have prices and info on those licenses He got one for a few bucks and it lasts a year, He was able to to Drive in Brazil, Bolivia and Argentina with it. I believe you can pick what countries you can go to and prices vary depending on what countries you want to be able to use it. Southamerica, Central America, Europe, ASIa and so forth.      |

| eh.. I don't need one.. lol. I have 3 different US states (Florida, Mass. and Texas), 1 Territory (Puerto Rico), and Spain... and thanks to lovely corresponding contracts... with 1 US license and my Spanish license, I can drive almost anywhere with few restrictions |
