$4,400 estimate, can replace damaged w/aftermarket

My black 1994 325is was involved in a hit-and run earlier this week which left me at fault for a 3 car accident, but the cop was a complete ass and I'm going to fight in court.

Anyways, the front of my car is smashed pretty good, its all exterior things, the car runs fine, but its ugly. The following things are damaged beyond salvation:

Hood
Front Grills
1 Fender Pannel (would buy a set if it the price was right)
Front Bumper (would possibly buy a rear if price was right)
Headlights
Turn Signal Lenses
Radiator

Now, if the shop doing the work for you said they'll replace anything you want with aftermarket as long as its of equal or lesser value than the OEM part, and you could pay the difference yourself if it was more expensive, what would you get?

Right now ive decided blacked out grills which are approx $80, where do i order these from?(yes i know you can paint them yourself but these wont ever chip), an AC Schnitzer replica front bumper & sideskirts($225 for bumper, $225 for both skirts)..



G2 Style Corner Lenses (have clear-red-red in the back) & these $230 Angel Eye headlights..




Im not getting z3 style fenders because for one theyre kinda played out on civics and integras, and even though i drive a bmw, where the style came from, its not a car that originally came with cheese-grater fenders. I could get a pair of cheap ones for $300-/$350, but i dont think they'd look as nice as OEM, someone prove me wrong.

Carbon fiber hoods are expensive as hell .. cheapest i've seen on the net was $300 plus $110 S&H. And like i said, thats the cheap one, so it might be poor quality in real life. It all depends on the price of a new OEM hood at a car shop's price. What about the price for a regular customer? And of course theres the radiator.. ill probably end up getting an OEM unless someone can link me to a light weight "racing" radiator, and it better save more than 20lbs, costing no more than $30 extra. So if anyone has any ideas or knows of any sites that have or can quickly get these parts please let me knoe.

oh yeah, i think im going to get a pair of AC Schnitzer roundels for the hood and trunk, so what if my body kit is replica .. Its the thought that counts right?

Get a pair of 97+ fenders with the updated sidemarkers(or 93 fenders without any sidemarker)

Get the 97+ grill with updated kidney grills

OEM hood - cant go wrong with it

lighting - up to you which style you get, just preference

radiator - be happy youre getting a new one lol

bumper - again, preference. so many choices. keep in mind if you do the front, you really should do the sides and rear to match or else it looks stupid. Personally I love the ACS kit on 325's. Looks very clean without the imitation m3 factor.

Vitolo, you hit the nail on the head, im desperately trying not to make another m3 look-alike .. the ACS front bumper and the ACS "flat" sideskirts will look sweet.. i think ill hold off on the ACS rear though, its just not different enough from the stock one. If I slam it and have some dtm tips coming out of the rear with an m3 spoiler, i think the back will look just fine.

My car is debadged.. so i could stick the ACS emblem where my 325 emblem once was. I'm suprised someone hasn't jumped this thread for the rice factor.. im getting replica bumpers AND getting ACS roundels and an emblem for my generic body kit. Usually the purists would be rolling over in their graves right about now ..

by the way, does ACS make a wing?
