Gumball 3000: The Movie

Tonight is the release of "Gumball 3000: The Movie" in London on the big screen. I heard we should be getting on this side of the pond in December sometime. It is narrated by Burt Reynolds and stars the jackass crew, Cuban brothers, Travis Pastrana, Tony Hawk. Koenigsegg supposably hits 242 in texas also.

I'd like to see it. 242mph?? Yikes! I would love to see a clip of that. Surprised nobody has gotten one yet.

i saw them filming part of it in SF, seems like they had a big crew doing it. Is it going to be relelased on dvd or anything like that?

This is true Matt, but I still would like to take a look at it to maybe see how much worse it is from Teckademics.

How come Teckademics hasn't released any movies to the big screen? If this other movie does well Teck should definitely consider following with something. It would be really expensive but if they wanted, they could sell the movie to a bigger movie company, which would take over all of the costs besides producing the movie. Then that company would pay Teckademics a share of the profit plus all of the costs of production(or whatever they make the contract out to be). It would at least get the Teckademics name out there hardcore if it didn't do anything else.

We are looking at a major motion picture deal. This movie is a low budget indy. Should be cool though. It will not be in nationwide theaters, just local showings. There will be a dvd through Universal I think..

hmm.. i think, i seen either the movie, or parts of it on MTV.. on either sunday or monday nite i think it was.. I remember seeing them tryin to cross to russia, and at russian borders, they got stopped, and they wouldnt let them pass, and one of the guys took the keys to this Big Rig.. if thats in the Gumball 3000 Movie, then ya, it was on MTV

We went to the Premiere in London, it was awesome.....DVD, I believe will be produced soon. Not sure when though!!
