my friend just won the same type of situation so i wish you luck. Basicly the judge through it out and agreed with my friend seek legal consul and have a lawyer prepare your statements for you.

i may not have the $$ for a lawyer! just yet.. what kind of statments can i use other than me saying that the witness did not know the proper definition of what aggressive driving is and that the officer did not witness it at all!

i hope the judge isent a dick!!
