V1 is better just from the features (arrows) but Passport is just about the same quality if you don't want the features of the V1.

V1 is still the best, radartest.com still sucks.

Two people going at it, not pretty to see. Obviously these two guys hate each other.

But I will say that the V1 saved my a$$ a number of times when I drove across the country. Do the other detectors measure different sources and count them? I duuno but I know what worked for me.

Hey whatever floats your boat.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times the V1 has saved me.

It's paid for itself many times over.

Tip -

Always be a creature of habit. Drive the same route where ever you go. Paying attention to when it SHOULD go off (stores and other ambient signals). So, when it goes off in a place not known to have a signal - you know to slow it down.

Caveat - the cops drive with their radars on.

Laser is a different story.

my v1 has paid for itself many times. my buddy's got a passport and mine regularly goes off way before his does in a "hidden cop radaring" scenario. he makes me lead wherever we go.

buy whatever u want, i learned my lesson

As if it needs to be said again. My v1 has saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Worth the $120 over a passport? Hmmm, I think so.

I purchased my V1 to replace my passport 7500 about a year ago. Once you get the arrows, you won't go back.
