Intensity of 6000K Bulbs....

I just picked up 6000K bulbs and was wondering would they give me the color intensity, (not brightness) of HID Audis and Bimmers. Thanks

OEM xenon's are 4300k, which are a white/yellow light. The 6000k will give you a blue/purple light.

Hence why the aftermarket kits are now outlawed......that and they have no self leveling system.

Lets say that if i bought a conversion kit for a H7 projector bulb type, could i align the bulbs so that they would not blind other drivers

Im pretty sure Dado has 6k in his low beam. He had a higher temp but you cant see shit with them..like 8 or 9k or something.

I think there is a pic of his lights on somewhere

I had 8,500 and changed to 6,000 for low beam. Still have the 8,500 in the fogs.

I used to have 7000K in my prelude....they were blinding, really purple and bright...light shot off everywhere, it helps to have projectors...

I now use 6000K Phillips D2s for my lights....they are awesome...not as bright as factory, but it looks better as it is more violet...
