| I've been thinking of changing my two front seats in my 328 because they're in pretty bad shape. I was concidering some racing seats like some Sparcos or Ricaros but they look terribly un-comfortable. I was just wondering if you guys know if they're comfortable. Also, can you recline in them? Thanks!

| Ever consider going somewhere to try them out? doofoo says his Evos are and I'm sure other people think that also if they buy them. Recaros look pretty good to me, that's what I'd go with. |

| go to www.fknorthamerica.com and check out their online shop. they make seats and the reclineable ones are amazingly comfy especially on long drives because you can tailor it to your style of seat you like. the bolsters are amazing and keep you in place, and the fabric is top quality. check them out |

| My Evos are extremely comfortable, I'll never go back. I was surprised how comfortable they were when I had to drive from Cali to Minnesota. They make reclineable ones too, I would also suggest trying them out somewhere. It also depends on your size and shape, ya know. |

| I have sat in them before and they were comfortable to me. Definately wouldnt be for a long drive, but if its just a city daily driver i don't think you would see that much different. It depends on model whether or not they are reclinable. |

| If you choose a seat that actually fits you, then most likely it will be very comfortable. If you choose a seat that looks really cool, there are no guarantees....

| Like everone has said, go somewhere to sit in different seats you are considering. And, make sure you sit in each seat for a minimum of 30 minutes to really get a feel for it. I have Sparco Evo 2s in my car and they are way more comfortable then Vaders or factory sport seats. For those that are saying they would suck for long drives, have you actually taken a long drive in them or are you speculating? As Tom pointed out, they are designed to be used for hours on end so they have to be comfortable. Looking at this from a biomechanical standpoint, the seats are designed to place you in the most ergonomically correct position, which translates into less muscle fatigue and stress on your stabilizing muscles. After driving in the seats for 5 hours continuously, when I got out it felt like I had just got into the car, no signs of sore back or butt. The reason you experience those problems in some stock seats is because they your are not in the optimal ergonomic position so your stabilizing muscles are having to work twice as hard to keep your current posture.

| What Tye said. For the record, I've taken long trips in a set of Pr02000s, which are fairly aggressive, with no ill effects.
