The "2000" M3 was an e36 body style and only convertables. they were built in 99, but marketed as 2000's. I have only heard of one before.

Intake/Exhaust/Chip/Flywheel... Just look at some of the banner ads at the top of this page, there's lots of good retailers that sell this stuff.
