We lost a brother guys

During the meet, the canyon run group got divided, as it ended up, one of the M3s with 2 other passengers ended up trying to get around a black SMG M3, and went off a cliff. Two of the three made it out, but the passenger in the back seat burned to death. RIP James

Everyone stay safe, and thoughts and prayers are with all of those involved.

yes, his name was James, he was young, 18-20 people at the meet guess.

I don't think that's what his intentions were, but whatever the case, it's a totally avoidable situation and if some one wants to deal with it by preaching, so be it. There are numerous stories like this floating around on the forums for this past summer, as much as they suck to read about, what the hell does it take to put respect for these cars, and the laws of physics, into peoples actions before we can finally stop hearing about this shit.

Immaturity is not a good thing coupled with a car like an M3, the two shouldn't be mixed; and now this kid James has suffered the ultimate consequence, and those around him will forever have to live with it. I'm fortunate enough not to have known anyone that has had an accident like this and I hope I never will. But I know my chances are far greater the more people are reminded how stupid little "innocent" joy rides can be.

Good luck to all those involved and my condolences to the families of those involved.

Everyone should know that James was an innocent passenger in what seems to be a 1 on 1 race with 2 e46 M's.
