newb here, have some quick questions

I might be buying a 95' m3 soon and I have some questions. I've been building imports for a while and I'm done with the scene. Its time for some more torque and rear wheel drive .

My price range is gonna be a 95 m3, most of the ones available have high mileage (over 100k). I'd like to know what kind of maitenence I should expect in the near future? I know the M's use a timing chain but when does the water pump need to be replaced? Also, how long are the piston rings good for and when do the valve seals usually crap out?

Basically, what usually craps out on these motors with high mileage? Any electrical or tranny problems? I'm just trying to price in maintence charges and decide if I should buy an M3 or a tt supra.

Hey, I just baught a 95 red M3, it has 110k miles and it drives excellent, i highly recommend you getting one, the advantage of getting a 100k plus M3 is that the expensive things like the water pump have already been replaced. I havent driven a tt Supra but I couldnt be more happy with my 95 red M3 w/ black interior. I hope this helps.
