How to install M5 lip spoiler?

Hey guys, my dad just got his M5 lip spoiler painted and it is ready to be installed on his 1998 525i. It has 3m tape on the bottom. What is the easiest way to install it? Thanks!

I had someone position it and I marked it off with masking tape, taped it on, that's it....
