PLEASE help with license plate replacement strip?

Im looking for my first mod, and I have chosen to get rid of the front license plate. I believe the car will look alot cleaner and the front will look worlds better without the license plate.

I was looking for someone to post pics of their E36 BMW with the replacement strip. Also, please tell me where you purchased it and for how much. Finally, in simple english, tell me how to install it.

I am aware that not having a license plate in Illinois is illegal, so please dont make any statements concerning that.....

Look for this piece on eBay, you can obtain it for a far cheaper price than going through a dealer...

I believe the front moulding setup is the same on the 328i as on the M3 bumper, if this is true there will be several small plastic pieces, one such piece (I believe it is the smallest of the lot) will pop right out with a standard screwdriver, the other pieces come out after that piece has been removed. Simply place the new one where the previous piece was & just snap the small piece back into place locking all the moulding pieces on...

the 328 and M3 bumpers do not share the same replacement strip. However, they go on similarly.

Seeing as I dont have an ebay account and am a 17 year old POS, where else could I find the part? I dont mind dishing out a few extra bucks, as long as the strip is ok and fits well. How much would it be if i got it from a dealer website or something? Is the replacement strip on bavauto.com a good buy????
