| Shaking at highway speeds on slight turns. Please HELP!!!! Well I have this shaking on the highway. It only occurs when i turn the wheel slightly, like to make a lane change. The car shakes pretty violently. If anyone knows whats wrong please help. I need to take the car on a 300mi trip tomorrow and I dont feel good with that shaking. I looked at all the previous posts on "shaking" and I'll tell you right now.... Its not the rotors/breaks.....its not the tires or banace (new)...... and the wheels are not bent. Im taking off the wheels right now to look at the suspension components. Hopefully I find something. ![]() |

| it could be the lugs. When had my tires mounted, the guy who put them back on the car didnt tighten the lugs all the way (because the stems are actually on the lug) on the front pass. side, and it was a very very scary shake. All i did was tighten them, and all was well. Good luck.

| Well its not the lugs. Cause Ive had these symptoms trying 3 sets of wheels/tires. Im going to try to test the bushing though. Should the car be ont he groung or off. And which bushing do I try. The round ones torward the back of the control arm? The ones in the center? |
