| Flat head screwdriver works just fine. Also, make sure you primer the rings first. In order to reduce the risk of rocks chipping the paint, use hard hat primer - I think that's what it's called. Pretty durable stuff. Then put on about 1000 coats (kidding, but put a lot on) of flat black hard hat paint. Sweet.

| I tried a lot of prying and crap when I was taking them out the other day. All that got me was aggravation. I ended up getting the advice of just wacking the grill from the outside of the car with my fist and that worked... I just placed my wallet on the outside of the grill (to act as some sort of shock absorbtion and force distribution) and gave it a good whack and it popped out toward the radiator. I did break one tab, but who cares. It all fits on just fine.

| Yeah, my friend did the same with his, just punched in the grill. I wanted to try it the "correct way" hehe, much harder though.. and I have cracks in 2 of my tabs from prying too hard, but o well... Should I just use paint thinner to take off some of the chrome finish?? or this paint remover (spray) that can take off body-paint???
