HELP! unknown light!

hey guys, since i recently went on a road trip to toronto (4 hrs) i came back and discovered a few problems!

1, the washer fluid is disappearing! i fill it up and within 3 days its gone.

2, the most confusing and worrysome thing, a red light has come on. it is 2 lights left of the parking brake light. it is a circle with 3 red bars on each side of it. can someone tell me what that means? i cant fint it in the maual. thanks!

is this the light? and as far as the windshield washer, check for leaks.

would it still be dangerous to still dive with this light on?
cuz i have to go on a 2 hr road trip this sun and im brining my car to get serviced on tues.....

The light with the circle and 6 dashes around it is your brake pad light. It's telling you to replace your brake pads.

Make sure your Washer Fluid Plug sensor is in the whole way... I had knocked the sensor before and fluid was leaking out, I just pushed it back in and it was fine.
