How can you tell if the clutch has been worn out or what?

When I'm driving lately, I noticed that the car is shaking. Before it shaked
so heavy that I cannot even drive (in fear of breaking the engine). I stopped, and let the auto care guys check, then they replaced the spark plug wires. (they said the car was misfiring, so it shaked)

Then my car does not shake so bad like it did before. But the problem is
the car is not smooth anymore, when I'm driving on the freeway, I feel
that the car is shaking slightly. (at around70 mph/ 3000 rpm)

can anyone tell me what kind of damage can misfiring cause? Or is it just
the clutch has been worn out? Please, I really need help.

Get new tires or align your wheels, my truck used to shake when I went over 70 so I got better tires and problem solved, for now
