| $69 E36 Intake ?.... hey guys, i have read up on a lot of threads regarding cheap e36 intakes most end up with you get what you pay for. I was wondering if this one would be any different since they have a unconditional lifetime warranty. I have asked the seller to post up pictures of the installed product, and if it is clean and truely bolt on, since most other intakes i have found cost a lot more. and if this is a good part, then its here for you E36ers to get. just trying to help out the bmw community http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2430671913 -david |

| i actually got my intake from the exact guy cept mine is a CAI version. The sound was definately different. Not sure bout the gains tho...i couldnt really feel too much of a difference, but if you do get any intakedefinately get a heatsheild or cover up all that aluminum cause it gets hot, very hot.

| Needs a heatshield. I think ECIS sells heatshields alone though, might want to check that out: www.ecisbmw.com |

| if your just doing it for the sound then go for it, if you are doing it for the power increase then you get what you pay for, also the qulity most of the time is not up to par over time you will see what im talking about |
