part numbers? software available?

I am doing more and more BMW project cars at my shop where I need to buy several misc parts like trunk carpeting, bezels, shift knobs, glove compartment pieces, the barrage of plastic fasteners used, and general crap like that.
The problem is when I have to spend all day standing at my local BMW dealer's desk while I guide him through the software to find the part numbers for all these little parts.
My question is, does anybody know if we can obtain that BMW software or even a printed manual so I can look up ALL my own part numbers? That way I can just go to the dealership and get prices or even shop around online.

From your local distirbutor. Go to Motor or Mitchell web sites and find them.
