Light problems

My pass side front turn signal light will not light up. It will work when the blinker is engaged but not when the driving lights are on.

The side markers also exhibit the same. The driver side corner light is fine, it lights up when the lights are turned on adn it blinks fine as well. But the others will not stay on.

I checked fuses ( hard to tell what goes where) and they all appear to be fine.

98 M3 BTW.

WEIRD! - I have this same exact problem on my E30 - Except, the passenger side blinker comes on with driving lights, but NOT with the blinker. What could it be?
