Is your friend female and hot? Anyhow, yes it is open to public. There is a fee for spectator parking though.

right now i'm madly pissed, i bought a fake sony battery off ebay for my camera so i can take tons of pics without haveing to recharge the betteries. Well, today i put it in and my camera says something like i have to use only info-lithium batteries, but this battery worked last week! so now i only have 2 batteries. I don't suppose i can plug my charger into anyones car cigarette lighter at the show (i got an adaptor to make it work)?? Please...
