E36 Tranny Swap ??

Hey,
Ive decided to go with the tranny swap. I plan on ordering the getrag tranny kit for my car from Zionsville. However, I am going to leave the differential from the auto in. The kit is around $1600 with S/H, plus $1000 for labor. So I am planning to spend around $2700 for everything. Does this sound about right and is it a good deal? Or do I need many extra parts in addition to the Zionsville kit. I have never really done any business with them, so any input would be helpful.

you might need a few extra parts like flywheel bolts and it really depends if they include everything that you need
