| 19" Wheels ? Hey guys, Are the 19" really lighter and better, before I buy a set I want to make sure that my performance wont be downgraded. Also, what about tyre size? At the moment I have the standard 18" Mags. |

| Its all about what u want and where u drive. The people that i know that have em, still drive crazy, but still are very picky about WHERE they drive crazy... Eric Stolz's Car before the 19's it looks much better now, even though its in the shop... He has O.Z. Superlaggas on it...and boy is it nice, for the show side of things

| Haha, the 19s won't be better performance-wise unless they're lighter than your stock wheels (or whatever you have now). And if you want light 19s, you're going to have to shell out some big-ish bucks. They (theoretically) should give you a little bit higher top speed, though. |

| Im sure that companies like Fikse keep performance in mind when there building there wheels. I think it all depends on the company and who they target there products torwards. you should look around, and do some research on what companies target there wheels torward performance specs and what companies just produce them for show cars. ill look around, and if i find anything ill post it in this thread -later

| The standard 18" wheels on the E46 M3 weigh 26.4lbs., the 19" ones weight 26.9 lbs. These are the weights for the front wheels only. The 18s are cast, and the 19s are forged. Last edited by Suneal : 08-30-2003 at 07:49 AM. |

| Are you guys blind? He wants to know OEM Wheels weights. Not the +/- 's for 18's or 19's.
