E36 M3 Euro Spec conversion?

This might be a repost, but has anyone tried to convert an E36 M3 (preferrably the 3.2L engine) US Spec to Euro Spec? What was the cost? I plan on doing the all-motor route rather than supercharging or turbos for reliability purposes. I did a search on this subject but came out empty. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!
