M3 cams into a 2.5L 1993 325is auto

I'm looking into putting in a set of M3 cams into a 2.5L 1993 325is auto. What parts will I need to complete this, who has done this swap before?

What parts will I need to get and change out? Best place to look for these parts?

I would probably have to get the software reprogrammed, but I'm running the AA chip, how would I go about doing that? Where would I be able to get the chip reprogrammed?

I currently have aftermarket intake and M3 exhaust, and if I end up doing M3 cams, that will prolly be it.

How much will this entire setup cost?

What kind of shops would do this? Any recommendations in southern california? How long does it usually take?

Is it worth it?...esp since I have auto tranny.
