Wow, I thought this was going to be a landslide for the E46 M3. Everything I have read says that because the M Coupe uses the e30s semi-trailing arms suspension, you'd better not be caught snoozing unless the road is absolutely ideal (no rough pavement, potholes, etc) or you're on a track. And in the wet the M Coupe is supposed to be a handful. It didn't even come with DSC until 2000 or 2001 (not that that's a bad thing....

) I have gotten the overall impression that the M3 is just more civilized and controlled.
