MAF ???'s with Super charger

I have a 97 328I, And have recently Built a supercharger kit for it, I am now in the process of tuning it (Fuel management & pulley setup) and was wondering what I need to do as far as the MAF is concerned???
Dinan uses a Turbotronic bridge (Not sure what it is exactly) and others use larger MAF housings.
Do I need to make any changes or are MAF changes purely for higher flow???
I am not new to supercharging but I am new to OBDII and any help would be appreciated.
