Finding the owner of a car with the license plate?

If I have a license plate number, and the state it is from, then is there a way to find out the owner of the car?

if u know someone at the dmv, maybe u can get it from them. but other than that i dunno, what are the ways that cost 20 bux?

Just do a search online and you can find lots of sites offering the info, for a price.

Hey Syko......I had a friend once who had a illegal website that could find out anything with your plate. How many tickets youve had and everything. Ill give him a call and let you know if the site is still around. Doubt it since how this was like 5 years ago.

if you know a lawyer some of them have acess to a website and its free for them. well at least my friends dad does
