help with clear indicators install

hey guys i got a question...has anyone had a problem with installing the front corner indicators? i installed the rear and sides, and the left side went in like a breeze, but the right one im having problems with. when i put the indicator in, i just dont feel or hear it lock in place....i tried bending the metal spring clip to give it more tension, but that doesnt solve the problem either. anyone got any diy tips?? thanx
