Which Color Top Should I Buy??

I own a nearly perfect 88 325i cabrio, red with tan leather. The current top is black, which I am replacing due to the back window being all foggy. Should I stick with original black, or get a tan top that matches the leather? Both tops would be original German sonnen cloth.
