 1991 M-Technic Conv. that guy wants to sell to me. What do you guys think? Hey, I was going to the bank yesterday, and I saw this stunning 1991 red M-technic. I was told that the guy that owned it worked in the bank, so I stopped in and asked around. I ended up talking to the guy for about 20 min about his car. As I was getting readdy to leave he told me that he was selling it. He took me out to it, and told me everything about the car. It has 76k miles on the engine. It also has the M Sport luxury package that inlcudes the very rare Sport evo cloth seats. This car is in exceptional condition. He is asking 13k for it. It comes with the ACS exaust wich sounds absolutly beautiful, and also a set of TSW wheels that are in new condition. It appears to be lowered, but I never got to asking him what was done to the suspension. Here are some pics, and let me know what you guys think. Also, Is this a good deal? Thanks guys!            |

| these M-tech verts go for well over $10K, his price seems to be in the range, although I am not an E30 fan & wouldn't pay anywhere near his asking price for this car that doesn't mean it won't fetch that or more... If you like the car work with him on his price, somewhere around $11,500-$12K seems like what others are charging... I wouldn't pay anyone's asking price, I also wouldn't insult him with a low-ball offer... talk to him & offer $11K if you really are feeling the car... |

| nice looking car, but... -the ground effects tend to take a beating. look them over carefully for cracks and scrapes. -the tops are expensive to replace. check the condition of his. -the E30 convertibles develop lots of squeaks and rattles. drive it over some rail road crossings and see how it behaves. bottom line: for $2k more, i'd rather have a '95 M3.
