Attached is an article on Street Racing in the Hartford Connecticut area. Its fairly lengthy.

There is a loto fo street racing in the area and the Berlin Turnpike is a HUGE cruising area on Friday and Saturday nights in the Spring & summer with literally hundreds of cars showing up to display and race.
